The ST7 Grumman F6F-3/5 Hellcat by Hasegawa has been around for decades! Despite its age, it is still a beautiful kit that could be built easily into a gorgeous model that captures the look of an F6F Hellcat well. The molding for this kit is petite and detailed; the engine is a work of art and serves a great start for super-detailing, and the parts fit is great! This could be an excellent first big scale piece for a modeler to move up from smaller scale model.
While a rather classic kit from Hasegawa, the ST13 A-4E/F Skyhawk US Navy has molds that stood the test of time. This fine model kit is yet to be replaced! This A-4E/F kit builds up to a nice model, and adding up some aftermarket accessories it could make this model even more accurate. This box kit also comes with a nice selection of weapons and drop tanks. Have this in your model scale collection shelf.
Who says scale building is just "building"? With the ST19 Focke-Wulf Fw 190D-9 by Hasegawa, there is more than just assembling. The physical kit is so well designed that you could concentrate on getting it look right and where to put it on your display shelf.
