This is a 100ml (3.4 fluid ounces) of Kyoshin Elle Water Based Acrylic Urethane edge dye.

Give your edges the edge with this acrylic urethane edge dye. This edge dye will protect and decorate your edges with a glossy finish. Available in brown and black.

This flexible, yet strong edge lacquer is an excellent way to coat the edge of your leather, giving it a fine finish after buffing, and will retain it's gloss longer than many other products on the market.

Simply clean the edge of your leather of contaminants and apply your edge dye to the edge of your leather with a fine brush, wait until dry, then buff with a soft, lint-free cloth. The use of masking tape to prevent seepage of your dye to parts of your leather you'd prefer untouched is recommended.

The pigmentation of this dye will settle when rested which may be difficult to detect given the colour of this dye, therefore it is important to shake or stir well before use.

Please note all our edge dyes and enamels are designed for vegetable tanned leather, basically if you leather can absorb the dye or enamel then it should work, but if your leather is sealed and does not absorb the dye or enamel then it may peel off over time. It may be possible to roughen the edge of your leather with an Emory board or sandpaper, exposing the grain or absorbent surface, then applying the edge dye. However, as we cannot guarantee this method will work in all cases, please take precautions to ensure your leatherwork will not be damaged and always test this method on a disposable first item to see if it will yield the results desired before progressing onto your actual project.
