This water-based acrylic All Paint edge dye, from Kyoshin Elle, goes on smooth and even, offering superior durability and flexibility. Unlike other edge dressings, it won't crack or chip, even when your leather is frequently bent, or twisted. This edge dye is able to be mixed with other All Paint colours, allowing you to create your own original colour (All Paint Thinner is recommended when mixing colours). Being a water based paint, you can work without the risk of dealing with flammable or harmful solvents, or the unpleasantness of any thinner fumes.
All Paint is suitable not only for vegetable, or chrome tanned leather, but also synthetic leather, and even canvas. Incredibly versatile, not only will All Paint give a beautiful appearance to the edges of your leather, but can be applied to the flesh side, grain side, or even splits of leather, giving your leather a natural look, without the clumping or caking that you get with other leather paints.
To use, simply shake well before applying All Paint to your favourite roller, or fine brush, and apply to the untreated, and smoothed edge of your leather. A single coat is usually sufficient, but multiple coats can be applied if necessary. All Paint is a quick drying formula, that dries in 15 minutes under normal conditions. If applying multiple coats of All Paint, do so after waiting 30 minutes for best results. Ensure your brushes or rollers are fully washed in water within 15 minutes, before the paint begins to set. When finished, replace cap tightly.
Should you wish an especially glossy or matt finish, there are All Paint Top Coats available that provide either a high gloss, or dull matt finish when applied on top of dried All Paint as well as preserve the vibrancy of All Paint's colour (each sold separately). All Paint can still be used even if it has dried to the point it is quite viscose, to restore to its original viscosity, simply add All Paint Water-Based Thinner as needed, and mix well. Should your All Paint be completely hardened, it should be discarded.
