This large modelling tool from Kyoshin Elle comes with two tips, and is perfect for creating large indentations in vegetable tanned leather, allowing you to shape your leather far beyond what you could with other tools. The chromed stylus tips, secured in place with metal ferrules, ensure a professional grade smoothness, while protecting the tool from corrosion. Make shapes in figurines to enhance their realism, create domes in leather to cover buttons, or enhance your leather carvings, this massive stylus will give you the edge that other tools just won't.

To use this large stylus, simply sufficiently case (wet) your vegetable-tanned leather, allowing the water to be fully absorbed. Before grasping the stylus as you would a pen, and using as many strokes as necessary, forcefully press down the stylus until the desired shape is formed, push down on the back of your stylus if greater force is needed. In the case where an indentation is to accommodate an object, a back mould is recommended to be placed behind your leather to ensure your leather is accurately shaped as you desire.
