This Michihamono wood carving tool is made of Japanese white steel with excellent edge retention and can be sharpened easily when the blade gets dull. This tool is ideal for carving smooth, rounded channels in wood. The handle of this heavy-duty tool is crafted of solid oak wood, which fits comfortably in your hand and provides for better carving control. When using a mallet, the metal hoop prevents the end of the handle from mushrooming.

Use this U gouge to carve grooves without the corners of the blade digging into the wood. This tool is useful for general woodworking and is available in a variety of sizes (each sold separately).

Our Return Policy:

Most items can be refunded provided you send your order back to us within 30 days of purchase and if the items returned to us are in an unopened, unused and original condition. Simply email us to confirm your item can be returned. If we approve your return, please return the item(s), with your invoice to our address in Japan, and write on your invoice that you'd like a refund, and the reason why. Once we recieve your approved return in an unused, unopened and original condition we will refund you the cost of the item as soon as possible.

We stand behind every product we sell, therefore, should you feel an item has been misrepresented, or is not in the condition as promised, please let us know and we will promptly replace the product, or return it to us for a full refund.

Please note, for all returns, the cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Duties and Taxes:

Please note import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price of our items. These additional costs vary depending on the destination country of the order and are the buyer's responsibility.
