To use, simply hold the handle firmly on the rubber grip with your strong hand, ensuring the pincer ends are facing downwards. Then, with your other hand, or with a clamping device, hold firm the item from which you wish to extract your piece of hardware. Grip the tool firmly, and twist or pivot the hardware while pulling until free. This tool is also able to clip hardware if needed, however, as this tool's primary purpose is to extract hardware, the blades may show wear after repeated clipping of hard items.

Our Return Policy:

Most items can be refunded provided you send your order back to us within 30 days of purchase and if the items returned to us are in an unopened, unused and original condition. Simply email us to confirm your item can be returned. If we approve your return, please return the item(s), with your invoice to our address in Japan, and write on your invoice that you'd like a refund, and the reason why. Once we recieve your approved return in an unused, unopened and original condition we will refund you the cost of the item as soon as possible.

We stand behind every product we sell, therefore, should you feel an item has been misrepresented, or is not in the condition as promised, please let us know and we will promptly replace the product, or return it to us for a full refund.

Please note, for all returns, the cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
